A dream finally realized: Kanwar Dhillon
Kanwar moves into his ‘forever family home’

For Kanwar Dhillon, buying a home in Mumbai is more than just a milestone — it is fulfilling his long-cherished dream. The actor, who has recently shifted into a sprawling new apartment, says the experience still feels surreal. “Honestly, the first day I moved in, slept there and woke up to that view… it just didn’t feel real,” he shares. “We never had a large deck or a big balcony for so many years. I’ve grown up in a 2BHK on the ground floor, surrounded by nature and animals. Now, moving into a four-and-a-half BHK on the 39th floor, overlooking the entire city — it’s a completely different feeling. It’s a long-time dream that has finally been fulfilled,” he adds. His new flat is not just about luxury, it’s a home for his family. Kanwar, son of actor Deep Dhillon, says the decision was driven by a desire to give back to his parents. “You’re not just fulfilling your own dreams, but also your parents’ dreams. You want to give them happiness and the comfort they deserve after working so hard all their lives. We recently had a small prayer at home and it felt really special,” he shares.Clear about what this home represents, he says, “It’s my forever family home. My brother and I have always been certain that we want to stay with our parents. Nobody wants to move out. This house is for all of us to live together, under one roof, happily.”
