Bijnor: : Two men were killed and one was injured after a speeding car crashed into a roadside tree in Mandawar area of Bijnor district early Saturday, police said. The driver is suspected to have fallen asleep during the long journey.The accident took place around 5am on Ranipur Road when the three were traveling from Hardoi to Haridwar. Sultan, 66, and Raja, 35, both from Haridwar district, died on the spot.The third passenger, Ajharuddin, 25, from Yamunanagar in Haryana, was critically injured and was being treated at Bijnor district hospital. Police have sent the bodies for postmortem.
