The photographs might even be evidence of a criminal act…”But that’s not all; in the state of Arizona, it is illegal to knowingly photograph someone in a way that can breach their privacy.While Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini’s pictures from the hotel were not intimate, but the two still looked close as they interlocked their fingers and enjoyed themselves in a hot tub.However, nothing has happened yet as both Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini have maintained their fair share of distance from suing the couple who photographed them.
