Mike Vrabel, the New England Patriots’ head coach, and the former New York Times’ popular NFL reporter and insider, Dianna Russini, are trying to disappear from the public eye as their affair rumors continue to get worse. While neither of them has accepted that the two of them were allegedly involved in an inappropriate relationship with one another, it seems the case might take a new legal turn.
Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini’s case takes a new turn which might involve suing the ones who clicked their photographs.
As per TMZ, the pictures of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini from the upscale hotel in Arizona were actually clicked by a couple also staying in the same hotel and not a private investigator. But it seems the said couple might face a few legal troubles. A few hours ago, Michael McCann of Sportico, opened up about the legal implications.Michael McCann of Sportico said, “Ambiente Sedona explicitly limits photography ‘to times when other guests are not included’ in photographs and forbids ‘taking photos in the public spaces that invade other guests’ privacy.’”Michael McCann of Sportico added, “With those assurances, Ambiente Sedona guests should expect they aren’t being surreptitiously photographed. The photographs might even be evidence of a criminal act…”But that’s not all; in the state of Arizona, it is illegal to knowingly photograph someone in a way that can breach their privacy. While Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini’s pictures from the hotel were not intimate, but the two still looked close as they interlocked their fingers and enjoyed themselves in a hot tub. However, nothing has happened yet as both Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini have maintained their fair share of distance from suing the couple who photographed them.
Where are Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini?
Amid all the mess, it seems both Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini are trying to stay out of the spotlight. While Mike Vrabel stepped away from the NFL Draft and asked for some time off to be with his family, Dianna Russini stepped down from her prestigious job at The Athletic and has deleted her public account on X.For now, all eyes are on what they plan to do next in their lives.
