In May 2024, the ICDR appointed a three-member arbitral tribunal comprising Dana McGrath, Sherman Kahn, and Usher Winslett to preside over the dispute. On April 10, the tribunal issued an award in favor of Infosys pursuing to a settlement agreement between the parties. The award directed 777 Partners to pay Infosys $5 million, along with about $5,998 towards reimbursement of ICDR administrative fees and expenses borne by Infosys.
