GoBoult has recently expanded its audio portfolio in India with two new portable speakers: the Mustang GT20 and Mustang GT40. With these new speakers, the domestic brand has expanded its product lineup through a global partnership with Ford Mustang. The new speakers combine automotive-inspired design elements with portable audio functionality, reflecting a shift in the speaker market toward products that balance performance with aesthetics. The GT20 and GT40 aim to deliver improved audio along with distinctive styling influenced by Mustang’s design and engineering philosophy.Commenting on the launch, Varun Gupta, co-founder of GoBoult, said, “With the GT20 and GT40, our goal was to translate that into speakers that feel aspirational, immersive, and design-led, while still delivering a strong audio experience. GoBoult Mustang GT20 and GT40 speakers: Price and Availability
The GoBoult Mustang GT20 is launched at Rs 2,999, with a market operating price of Rs 3,999 and an MRP of Rs 7,999. It will be available in Turbo Ice and Turbo Black color options.The Mustang GT40, positioned as a higher-output variant, comes with a launch price of Rs 3,999, a market operating price of Rs 5,999, and an MRP of ₹9,999. It will be offered in Apex Black and Oxford White colours.Both speakers will go on sale starting May 5, 2026, via GoBoult’s official website and platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online retailers.
GoBoult Mustang GT20 and GT40 speakers: Key highlights
The Mustang GT20 features a 20W output, dual dynamic drivers, and a passive bass radiator. It includes design elements such as a metallic race grille, ignition-inspired shift-stick controls, fuel-gauge battery indicator, and underbody RGB lighting. The speaker supports Bluetooth 6.0 and TWS pairing, offers up to 7 hours of playback, and is IPX4 water-resistant.The Mustang GT40 delivers 40W output and also uses dual dynamic drivers with a passive bass radiator. It adds dedicated metallic tuning knobs for bass, treble, and volume, along with a leatherette carrying strap and reinforced body design. Similar to the GT20, it supports Bluetooth 6.0, TWS mode, multi-input compatibility, and up to 7 hours of playtime with IPX4 rating.
