I would not turn the lights on. I had blackout curtains. I didn’t want to see the sun.”The “Hot Girl Summer” artist Megan Thee Stallion continued, “I knew I wasn’t myself. It took me a while to acknowledge that I was depressed. But once I started talking to a therapist, I was able to be truthful with myself.”For the unversed, Megan Thee Stallion faced a pretty tough time in her life when she lost her mother to brain tumor in 2019 and was then shot in the foot by her former close friend, Tory Lanez.However, when Megan Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against Tory Lanez, things changed in her life as many of her friends and peers refused to believe her version of events.While this went on for a few years, Tory Lanez was later imprisoned and is facing a 10 year sentence in California.
