Meena’s mother Raj Mallika, originally from Kannur, played a key role in the design.According to circulating reports on X and some Tamil media outlets, the home sold for Rs 100 crore to an NRI couple who liked the property.However, neither Meena nor her family has confirmed or denied the reports so far.
Meena’s stand on rumors
Meena has previously spoken about her discomfort with false rumors affecting her family. In a February interview with Galatta Tamil, she said, “People continue to discuss my so-called second marriage, and it’s completely unacceptable. Those spreading these rumors forget that I have a daughter, and they don’t realize she sees all of this too.”She added, “I am ignoring all of them now, but I cannot say when my patience will run out.” The actress expressed frustration over people assuming they can write anything about women in the entertainment industry.
