Sometimes you’re working continuously, and sometimes there are long gaps. Factors like not finding the right roles, money expectations, or even getting comfortable can affect consistency.”For simple, pressure after success and the struggle before it are both challenging. She said, “Before success, the struggle is more about survival, financial stability, and opportunities.” After success, the pressure comes from expectations and the fear of losing that position.”She maintains a balance between her drive to achieve more and the need to stay consistent. She said, “Sometimes you are extremely driven, and sometimes you’re in a comfort zone.” The key is to keep working on yourself, your craft, your skills, and your mindset.”She explained that long-term success is about consistency and reinvention.
