By: Anil JadhavAMRAVATI: One more survivor, a 16-year-old girl, has come forward to lodge complaint against Paratwada sexual exploitation case key accused Ayaan Ahmed. The survivor told women officers of the special investigation team (SIT) that Ayaan touched her without her consent, following which molestation charge has been added to the original case.Ayaan is alleged to have lured minor girls into ‘love trap’ and recorded their objectionable videos to blackmail them into submission with threat of making the videos viral.Paratwada police in Amravati district had launched probe after obscene video clips and photographs of minor girls surfaced on social media sites. Later, an SIT, comprising 10 police officers and 36 personnel, was formed to probe the case.

Last week, the SIT had recorded statement of a minor girl from Nagpur, while mother of a Paratwada minor had complained about accused number 2 Ujer Khan Iqbal Khan (age 20, resident of Paratwada) for allegedly stalking her daughter.Police have appealed to the survivors and their parents to come forward and file complaints. The police also clarified that the names of the survivors would be kept confidential. The police have so far seized five mobile phones from the accused and sent them to forensic laboratory for technical analysis. Additionally, six other mobile phones, a laptop, a tablet, and one hard disk have been sent to the forensic laboratory for immediate data analysis.In the mobile phones seized from the accused, 18 video clips and 39 photographs of eight survivor girls were found. During investigation, seven other accused who circulated these videos to others were also arrested. So far, eight accused have been arrested.
