Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bhooth Bangla’ was released at a time when Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ dominated the cinema halls. However, the horror comedy ended the reign of the Aditya Dhar directorial and has been running successfully in theatres. Despite mixed reviews from critics, the film went on to rake in Rs 100 crore worldwide in just four days of its release. The film combines early-2000s nostalgia with supernatural thrills, which is why it continues to attract a steady audience.
‘Bhooth Bangla’ box office collection Day 10
The Priyadarshan directorial wrapped up its first week in theaters with over Rs 84 crore in collections. On the second Friday, the film minted Rs 5.75 crore at the box office. Meanwhile, second Saturday (day 9) added Rs 10.75 crore to its earnings. Now, on Day 10, according to the Sacnilk report, the Akshay Kumar starrer ran across 9,498 shows in the country. It collected Rs 12.50 crore, and with that, the total India gross collections are Rs 134.98 crore, and total India net earnings are Rs 113.40 crore.

Meanwhile, on Day 10, the Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan collaboration project netted Rs 3 crore overseas. With that, the total overseas gross has reached Rs 44.50 crore. This pushed the worldwide gross collection to Rs 179.48 crore.
