A planned school visit by Erika Kirk has now turned into a bigger online debate. Pinnacle High School announced that it had to cancel her after-school appearance because of serious death threats. The school shared this update in a public post, saying safety had to come first. In the same message, the school explained that the threats were not being taken lightly. They wrote, “We are taking her security extremely seriously, as these threats are not empty and we must prioritize Erika’s safety and well-being.” Instead of the school event, students were invited to attend a different meet-up at another location with proper arrangements.

Soon after the announcement, the situation moved online. Candace Owens reacted strongly and questioned the reason behind the cancellation. She claimed that people connected to the school had already been planning a boycott. In her response, she wrote, “We showed you guys on Wednesday that Pinnacle High School teachers and parents were organizing on Facebook to boycott Erika’s scheduled appearance.”She also pointed out that the event was originally linked to Turning Point USA and mentioned that it was canceled after emails cited threats. Candace then raised another question, saying, “Will she be canceling that appearance as well? Or do the death threats only come in when the crowd size is guaranteed to be small?”This is where things took another turn. Laura Loomer responded directly to Candace Owens, and her message was even more personal. She wrote, “It’s insane to me how Candace Owens hasn’t been charged with cyber stalking and harassment.”Laura Loomer then went further in her criticism. She added, “Candace’s children are orphans in the sense that they don’t have a mother because Candace is more concerned with attacking Erika than taking care of her own children.” Her comment quickly gained attention and added more heat to an already tense situation.Back at the school level, Pinnacle High School made it clear that the decision was about safety, not politics. They also offered an alternative plan for students, including transport, food, and a controlled environment for meeting Erika Kirk.As of now, the event in Phoenix is still expected to take place as planned. However, the online exchange between Candace Owens and Laura Loomer has brought more attention to the situation than the original event itself.
