But this is not about the personal grievances that gnaw away at my soul,” Davies stated, before continuing, “can feel like an industry under pressure, I’ve dipped into new media, I’ve seen what is eating away at our revenues”, and pledged that the ceremony will celebrate ‘proper telly.‘”

Making a significant high of his career, the 48-year-old was nominated for ‘Rob & Romesh Vs.’, and ‘Romesh: Can’t Knock The Hustle.’ However, Bob Mortimer won the category of Entertainment performance for ‘Last One Laughing UK.’ The show also won in the Entertainment Series category. Davies and Ranganathan, the acclaimed British comedians, are famously known for their witty banter and heated rivalry, specifically after their time on ‘Taskmaster.’
