IFFCO announces management trainee HR recruitment drive with eligibility criteria, stipend and selection process details

iffco recruitment 2026: : The Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited has issued an official notification inviting applications for the post of Management Trainee in Human Resource. The recruitment will be conducted for placements across its establishments located PAN India, with transferability to existing or future units and subsidiaries.Candidates who fulfill the requisite eligibility criteria will be able to apply through the website. The organization has made it clear that applications received through any other medium will be considered invalid. The deadline for receipt of application forms is April 29, 2026.Eligibility Criteria and Educational QualificationThe applicants should have completed an MBA program integrated over a period of five years or a regular two-year full time MBA/PGDM program in Human Resource or Personnel Management from a premier university/institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. All candidates must be familiar with computer operation.Candidates belonging to General and OBC categories must obtain a minimum of 60% marks whereas those from SC and ST categories need a minimum of 55%. Applicants having CGPA scores should convert the same into percentages at the time of applying.Applicants’ upper age limit will be 25 years as of April 30, 2026. Age relaxation is available according to norms, where five years relaxation for SC/ST category applicants and three years for OBC applicants who do not belong to creamy layer.Selection procedure and training detailsFor selecting eligible applicants from among all the applicants for these posts, the first step would be computer-based online exam. The decision for conducting this test would be made by the organization according to the number of applications received. The candidates called for an interview based on their performance in online test.After passing the interview round, selected candidates would be required to undergo medical test as per norms before selection.During training for one year, the selected candidate would be paid stipend at the rate of about Rs 55,000/- per month including HRA etc.Requirements for language and application procedureProspective applicants should have knowledge of Hindi as well as English.
