Last year, rapper Lil Nas As per the latest update, all charges may soon be dropped against the musician if he complies with the law and completes the legally mandated treatment plan.

Rolling Stone reported that Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, attended a hearing for his case in a Los Angeles courtroom. During the hearing, Judge Alan Schneider cited that the rapper’s behavior at the time of his arrest last year was “aberrant from his normal conduct.”
He cited that charges against Lil Nas It also appears the rapper has been doing much better since the recording last year. Hill had further requested a treatment plan, which the judge signed off on yesterday. After the hearing, Nas It could have been much worse.”During his arraignment for the case last year, he pleaded not guilty to four of the felony charges. If convicted, he would have faced around 5 years in prison.
What happened with Lil Nas
Montero was found in the middle of the night on Ventura Boulevard in a possibly inebriated state. He was found to be walking in the area wearing nothing but his innerwear and a pair of cowboy boots. He was taken in by authorities to the hospital on suspicion of a possible overdose and was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest at the time. The rapper was also diagnosed later on with bipolar disorder and received treatment for the same. As per the report, his father had also issued a statement which read, “For a 26-year-old to have to deal with what he’s dealing with – to be a breadwinner for a lot of people, the inability to change his mother’s situation and the pressure he puts on himself.”
