‘Love Insurance Kompany’ (‘LIK’), the upcoming Tamil film is getting ready for its theatrical release on April 10, 2026. Prime Video secures ‘LIK’ digital streaming rights
Even before its theatrical release, the film has secured a major OTT deal. As per 123 Telugu, ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ has sealed its OTT rights with Amazon Prime Video. The announcement indicates that the OTT market made its original theatrical release on demand. Following its theatrical run, the movie will start streaming on Prime Video approximately four weeks later. Therefore, if all goes according to plan, the film is set to stream on the OTT platform by mid-May 2026. However, the producers have not yet made an official announcement regarding this.
‘LIK’ – A unique futuristic storyline
Set against a dystopian society in the year 2040, ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ is a romantic-techno-suspense drama where the protagonist participates in a tech program that matches people. Krithi Shetty has a major role and veteran actor SJ Suryah plays the founder of the company. The film has an utterly talented support cast, including Yogi Babu, Seeman, Gouri G. Kishan, Mysskin and Anandaraj. The film’s music is by Anirudh Ravichander, the composer and singer whose previous songs and background score have created a huge fan base.
