He said voters in Bihar have moved beyond caste-based politics and are now deciding on development and governance.Saraogi made the remarks in Buxar while reviewing preparations for the upcoming MLC election where JD(U) candidate Kanhaiya Prasad, son of Radhacharan Seth, is in the fray.Hundreds of party workers welcomed him at a gathering near Purana Bhojpur.Saraogi said opposition parties have lost public trust while the NDA government continues to strengthen its support through development initiatives.
