Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday witnessed an Indian Air Force flypast by the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team during the Somnath Amrut Mahotsav celebrations at Somnath temple in Gujarat.According to a press release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, the flypast was organized on the occasion of the Somnath Amrut Mahotsav and featured formations by the IAF team over the temple premises.According to the release, Modi said the event reflected a “confluence of pride and valour” and added that the display spread the aura of saffron and the tricolour over the temple.In a post onThe PMO stated that the PM described the event as a combination of devotion and strength and said it made Indians proud.
