Rajpal Yadav has been in the news ever since he was arrested in Rs 9 crore debt case. The actor was released on bail. The case dates back to 2010, when Rajpal borrowed Rs 5 crore from Murali Projects Pvt Ltd to finance his directorial venture ‘Ata Pata Laapata’ (2012). The film failed at the box office, leading to mounting losses and a prolonged financial dispute. Over time, the liability escalated to nearly Rs 9 crore. Amidst this, Yadav was recently spotted at an awards show where he said, “Rupya, dollar sab upar neeche ho raha hai, kuch samajh mein nahi aa raha hai (There’s a lot of up and down in rupee and dollar, I’m not understanding anything).” Now after Yadav’s comment, Salman has come out in his support and said, “Rajpal bhai, you have been working for 30 years and we have repeated to you again and again because you know your work and bring a value, you will get a lot of work and will get it at this dollar rate and will keep getting it. The truth is this. And this memory of always comes out of the flow, to give is there, keep it in your mind, work from the heart, whether it is a dollar reward or not, what difference does it make to give, it is there in India @rajpalofficial.“ Netizens reacted to Khan’s tweet.
