The famed actress who has been in the industry for decades now and has worked on an extensive number of films and series is a force to be reckoned with. She has, over the years, built a strong real estate empire for herself and has smartly invested her earnings. Here is a look at the star’s latest purchase in West Hollywood.

As per Architectural Digest, the famed actress purchased her first real estate space in 1988, and since then, she has invested in a number of properties. Her last purchase occurred in 2014, when she purchased a second condo in West Hollywood. In the Sierra Towers high-rise building, the actress had had another condo space for almost a decade. She purchased the second space in 2014, which was situated one floor above her older condo space.As per the reports, she paid around USD 2.5 million for her second 25th-floor Sierra Towers unit. Which was located right next to her first property in the area. The unit spans across 1,315 square foot, along with one bedroom, a large living room area and one large bathroom area. She sold off the first unit in 2022 for USD 4.5 million. This second unit, which she purchased in 2014, was sold off in 2020 for USD 2.9 million.

About Courtney Cox’s first home

The ‘Scream’ actress’ first ever home was purchased all the way back in 1988. She paid around USD 795,000. The estate was located in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Times reported that the property was spread across 3,832 square feet, and prior to Cox, has a lot of other famed names as its owners. Some of the previous owners included Gypsy Rose Lee and Carole King. The house’s interior and overall build were inspired by the French-Normandy style and had five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It also had an outdoor cabana as well as a personal swimming pool. She sold the home in 1991, valuing it at USD 1.3 million.
